Life123.com is a community for freelance writers to produce quality content for millions of online viewers. Although Life123 is not one of the well-known major content sites on the internet today, it has been one of my favorites to write for. To become a freelance writer for Life123, you must first register and create a unique piece of content to be approved by the Life123 editors. Once approved, you can begin writing and publishing content at will.

Life123 will pay up to $20 per article. Unlike most content websites that pay either upfront, by page views or both, Life123 pays per number of unique visitors to your articles.

This is how their payment system is set up:

$5 for the first 50 unique visitors (which is very easy to get-only takes a day or two).
$5 for the next 500 unique visitors
$10 for the next 500 unique visitors
Which equals a total of $20 per article for 1050 unique visitors

Life123 pays once a month through your online PayPal account. You must have a minimum of $10 in your account before you get a payment. If your article has not passed one of the above milestones after 18 months, it will be removed from the site and not eligible for any future payment.

Freelance writers who write for Life123 will go through 4 different levels. The first level is called a member. A member needs to submit at least 1 article and it needs to be approved by the Life123 Editorial desk or an editor. Once your first article has been approved, you become a contributor. A contributor can submit at a maximum of 10 articles per month. The next level is a writer. A writer has written at least 10 articles and collected a total of 500 unique page views. Contributors can submit a maximum of 40 articles per month. The last level is an expert. An expert has written at least 25 articles and has attracted a minimum of 2,500 unique page views total. Experts can submit a maximum of 150 articles per month.

To become a member and freelance writer of Life123, you must be a resistant of the United States, have a valid social security number and be 18 years or older. You must have good spelling and grammar skills and have a broad knowledge of subjects.

At Life123, you can write about almost anything you want. You get to choose your own topic which is a big plus in the freelancing world. Each article must be between 300 and 1000 words in length and include subtitles to help organize your article. When submitted, your article will be reviewed within a couple of hours (usually only takes a few minutes) and then it will be published. Once published, your article will begin collecting page views. The page views update around midnight each night.
